How hard is it to get a waiver for a misdemeanor drug charge? And can you guys really find out if you've been prescribed antidepressants before?

It;s a hard drug... over marijuana.. and as for the antidepressants - needing them again or feeling 'down' wouldn't be a problem. I was only trying out the antidepressants and they didn't help much. I was only on them for a few months.
