Threw together a quick album to illustrate what Mr. Lloyd is talking about. Charlie Fleischer was Roger Rabbit's voice actor, but he also dressed up as Roger and appeared on set to deliver his lines.

You may also remember Mr. Fleischer as Terry, the auto mechanic from Back to the Future II who repaired Biff's car in 1955, and "later" (chronologically speaking, though the scene took place earlier in the film) solicited a donation from Marty in the 2015 town square to save the clock tower... and sets the larger events of the film in motion, by giving Marty the idea to take Grays Sports Almanac back in time and "put some money on the Cubbies!"

White Rabbit is a literary reference to Alice In Wonderland.

"White Rabbit Project" made me think immediately of "White Rabbit object," the piece of code that Dennis Nedry wrote to disable Jurassic Park's security systems.
