I know guys in custom car shop that has a reality show and they’ve said the same thing about the camera crews. Once they were filming the paint guys masking off a car and they didn’t get the angle they wanted and asked if he’d pull all the tape/paper off and redo it. It was hours of work on a car with a deadline. The painter said no and the boss and producers had to have a meeting to set new rules.

Sounds like Kevin Smith’s story, except no YouTube in the early 90’s
