Yeah, it's unfortunate that I don't have more money, but at this rate I should be able to attend college next year. (I will be 32)
I currently work in an engineering office designing medical facilities, so I am only exposed to the first layer of most scientific topics. This is unsatisfying on many levels.
Thanks for your advice. I am just worried that after I finish school, I will not be able to find any work at my age and my degree will have been a waste of time.

Funny you should say that, because it is something I am looking into. What worries me are my chances of actually getting in as an adult. I've spent a summer overseas and it didn't seem like adult education was as popular as here.

Is there any way to get into the field without going to school? I am a 30 year old man, never went to college, and I have a well paying job already, but I am looking to enter a more intellectually stimulating field.
I have learned various drawing and modeling programs over the years, I know a decent amount of math and can speak 3 languages so far. I can handle any kind of data entry and am generally a faster learner than everyone else.
