Fair would be what I saw in Sydney, Australia. $25 AUD/ hour to the helper and $30/ to the driver. Peolle there look at it as a legit job, never fuck around and take pride. Its a hard job and some new immigrants with no skills can easily fuck shit up and cost you money.

In your opinion, the $10/hour you pay the immigrants who work for you, well worth the genius publicity you getting?
