All I'm reading here is that you and LAPD seem to value the lives of your officers more than the public. If someone came into my house and killed me and my family there wouldn't be a 1mil$ reward. You guy's have killed innocent civilians already searching for this guy, who is targeting specific people.

He seems more of a threat to the LAPD than to the public if you ask me...

As an American citizen, I don't see how US military presence would do anything accept antagonize Russia. Sorry, but this isn't our fight.

Honestly, we can't take you seriously with all your zealotry. You need to rethink how to present your position, especially to a majority White, male, middle class audience.
