What are your thoughts on making election day a national, mandatory holiday, so everyone has a chance to vote?

I agree with all of that. That's why I said mandatory. Ideally, people could vote online. But I think that's too easily hackable. Honestly, I think the idea of a single day for a major election is antiquated. Maybe an election week?

What plans do you have for capturing greenhouse gases and sequestering them out of the atmosphere? Planting trees won't be enough. I was thinking a great place to sequester would be abandoned mine shafts.

Workers like that would have the option to mail in a ballot, and work on the day. I think a week-long election is a better way to go, though. The bottom line is, there should be no impediment to everyone casting their vote.

What are your thoughts about what's happening in Florida? Where prisoners were granted the right to vote, only to have the state come back and say they had to pay all fines and fees before being eligible. My wife is a non-practicing lawyer and has strong feelings about it, as do I.
