It´s safe to drive in Plzeň ticket-free after 6 p.m and weekend. Plus it really help since inspector just are straight away give away. They are wearing nearly same style of clothes + small messenger bag/fanny pack

And it´s easier to check a ticket at metro too, because you have to validate your ticket to enter a station. So they can catch you wherever in the premise and you don´t have validated ticket, it means a fine for you

A lot of tourist in Prague got fines because they are thinking buying a ticket is good enough, they dont´know they have to validated those thing to them become a valid one. Plus there are not instruction to do so, so they just donť know.

And a lot of tourists don´t know about concept of tram/metro. How the fuck they should know ? It could be free public transportation provided by state. Have a little understanding, it could be useful for your life
