So it's vision impairment that can't be helped with corrective lenses? Or it only helps to a degree?

(I was legally blind without lenses before I had LASIK so I know a little bit about how it can suck when you can't see details.)

Question. My grandmother heard about a charity like yours and was so excited to tell me about it, so I think I'll probably be making a donation in her name as my Christmas gift to her. Do you guys send any kind of thanks-swag in return for a donation? She wouldn't really care about material items, and I know "stuff" costs money, but a personal thank-you note or certificate of donation or something would make her day and would make the donation feel more meaningful, you know?

P.S. The charity she heard about was the Paws for Purple Hearts one, and I bet they are cool too, but they are larger and better known, while you guys work with rescue dogs and pets, which I think deserves extra kudos.
