For most jobs this is true. Don't get tattoos that you can't cover up if you want a professional job. Sure there are exceptions but by and large visible tattoos will hinder your career.

Plus there hasn't been a new machine gun manufactured for consumer purchase since 1986. They costs tens of thousands to purchase.

If your car gets stolen and a driver kills someone else with your car you shouldn't be held responsible. That's victim blaming. Same goes for with a gun. That is, of course, unless you can prove gross negligence. But having my home broken into and my property stolen does not make me responsible for what someone else does with my stolen property.
