Is there anything about albinism that gets overlooked because it is not as obvious as the change in appearance?

I have never been much of a Star Wars fan. I liked them but only watched with enough attention to understand when pop culture makes a reference. A couple weeks ago I had three days off in a row and committed myself to watching them in order (original trilogy followed by prequels).

I did NOT know Jar Jar hands the galaxy over to the bad guys. Just like that. No one said "The guy speaks baby talk. Maybe we shouldn't let him destroy our democracy!" Nope. Everyone just sat back and let that shit happen.
