I am an inspiring public servant with a background in criminal justice. My dream would be to join a federal agency to investigate white collar and other crimes involving minority populations. Let’s say a business receives tax credit incentives to build a new arena in your local town. That business will then set up a model of sharing a percentage of their net profits with their employees as a stipulation to receiving tax credits. This limits corporations from taking advantage of the competition between companies that tax credits creates while also benefiting local workers.
