My cousin is a a full ASE certified mechanic, here is a story of his.

A car comes back after an alignment, saying it still drifts to the left. Re-aligns it, sends it back out. Comes back again still drifting to the left. Customer comes back again, my cousin can finally see this customer is very obese. He keeps a straight face, re-aligns it again with two other mechanics sitting in the drivers seat to weigh it down, everything is fine after that. Not a crazy customer, just an unusual circumstance.
