What do you feel the ratio of people who actually need medical Marijuana vs the people who are taking advantage of the law is?

While I am stoked about the fact that the 10% who really need it can get it without adding more anxiety to their lives, I feel the other recreational users really make the whole thing kind of a joke. It also infuriates me that a lot of dispensaries are obviously in it to make money. To me that's no better than the larger pharmaceutical companies profiting from people's pain and suffering. Is that really the direction the medical Marijuana industry wants to go?
