From the get go is better because it gets anything awkward out of the way.

He's posted his story to several funding pages to help raise donations. His personal pages go back as far as 2012 with details about his worsening condition. It would be a long con, not unheard of I suppose, but as there is no set "death date" that doctors acutally give its not far fetched that a few months ago he was told he had months to live, as that link you posted states, and now after another round of chemo hes still being told that his condtion is not improving and he will still die. If anything its great hes lasting this long so he has more time with his family, which he is using now to help raise money for their future, as he believes he doesnt have much longer.

This is not completely true, I started the process for being a living donor and was told that since I am a female, that hasn’t had children yet, if I go through with the donation once I am pregnant my remaining kidney will have a harder time. This is especially the case for me because I plan on conceiving multiples, and was told I should first have children and then donate if I still feel lead to because of the strain on my remaining kidney if I conceive twins/triplets

lol you've never noticed that images are flipped? Just assume that if someone says it's their right but the photo shows their left (and vise versa) the image is just flipped.
