To expand on this, some sites require you spray a water/bleach mixture on your tires before you enter/exit the farm to reduce bio-contamination. Certain hog growers require you to wear little plastic booties before you step out of your truck, and any time you re-enter the truck you must put on another pair. Its a pain in the ass, they tear really quickly, and are slippery as shit in the snow. Regardless, if the grower catches you without, they can get pretty livid. Cleaning was done by the drivers personally, although we had pretty lax standards ie once a week or so. Winter was just about impossible to keep everything shiny

Edit: A power washer with an aggressive soap & a long bristle brush, followed by a couple hours of scrubbing the shit outta everything.
