Story time, I live in Oklahoma and they're severely cracking down on painkillers, all of them. For two years I battled biliary colic, it's the equivalent of kidney stones in your liver, I had some tests done and they determined that my gallbladder had some small stones in it and would need to come out, after doing some research on my own I was really convinced it was biliary colic, very similar symptoms but one major one was lacking. I had a doctor I was friends with give me a prescription for 60 percocets because two of them were the only thing that would make the pain stop and allow me to get some sleep. I made those sixty last a year... I still had a few in the bottle because I only used them when I had flare ups. Now, right before I had setup a date to remove my gallbladder a year later I started to run out and only had two pills left, I asked my regular primary care if she could write me an emergency prescription until I had my gallbladder out in case I had flare ups, I showed her that I still had some pills left and the prescription was a year old. Also I've never asked my doctor for any pain meds before, but I knew if I had an attack I would be doubled over in pain for six to eight hours and I would miss work and it was just awful. She tells me no, she won't write a prescription for them. So a month before my surgery I had two attacks that sent me to the emergency room twice and had to be administered morphine to make the pain go away while they ran tests. Fast forward eight months after my gallbladder surgery I still occasionally have symptoms that I had before my surgery, they assured me the surgery would fix these problems, I had to be hospitalized with jaundice and extreme abdomen pain because guess what, I had gall stones in my liver the whole time and they blocked up the bile duct. My point is those damn pills were the only thing that helped me and my doctor left me stranded because of the opiate addictions in this state. Those pills have a place and just like anything else when used responsibly are perfectly fine.

Confession time, heard the song on the radio first, looked up the video, was not ready for the man on man action.

Nagasaki was a major logistical strong point for the imperial navy, it made sense to take it out, the cities weren't picked by random, and the Japanese were warned.
