Have you considered self publishing it on Amazon?

What's crazy is it's sounding exhausting, and this is from a crew member that is customer facing.

There's a pretty big divide on the different jobs on a ship, the easiest way to split them, is "a job a westerner would take" and "a job no westerner would take" ShoreX is going to be the former, and the latter have even crazier/worse conditions then this by an order of magnitude.

There's a reason most/all of them are flagged out of third world countries, and it's labor laws and minimum wage laws, only exception I'm aware of is Holland America line, and I'm assuming that the Netherlands has a huge carve-out for them in their employment laws and protections to allow them to stay flagged out of there.

Filipinos do it all of the time too.

The fact that norwalk virus spreads like wildfire through ships for at least 2 decades, which is spread from poo particles making it into your mouth, yes, cruises are gross, just because you are in a first class balcony doesn't mean the prep cooks preparing your salad are any better at washing their hands after they scratch their asses then if you are in an interior cabin.

All of the cruiselines (that transit Alaska at least) get red flagged ships for norwalk virus. (red flagged is a local system to let a town know to be extra vigilant about hygiene because of norwalk virus)

Looks like Norwalk Virus is a type of norovirus, it's just what it's always called here.
