Yeah...I respectfully disagree with that. We've been given the responsibility to protect these kids in a big way. That's why the screening process to be a Big is a lot of background checks and deep-question interviews. Respectfully, you should take the photo down until you've received clarification and/or permission from your program leader. Even if the child's mom doesn't mind, we have to abide by the policies BBBS sets for us.

Yeah. I see other people posting that as Big's they didn't receiving training or info before beginning. Perhaps I'm lucky in the sense that my state takes it very seriously and outlines all the policies and do and do-nots? But still. Common sense. They specifically state that you cannot post a picture of your little. End of story.

Ditto. Fellow Big here. Our waiver says no social media picture posting. BBBS can use an image of you and your little on the web, but you cannot. Hate to be a total downer, but can tell you dig being a big and spending time w/your little. Cheers!
