Eh that's not so bad, I'd get a chance to catch up on everything the world has done for the past ten thousand years. Assumptions: 1. Everything you interact with acts as you would expect it to(I know this isn't realistic but neither is stoping time) 2. You don't age because time is frozen/stopped 3. You can resume time whenever you want

I mean yeah, but that was more of a mishap than a super power. Good point though
