Thank you for raising awareness to skin disorders. My son has a form of Ichthyosis which means fish scale. It's a little opposite of your condition. He showers everyday and puts on a cream to help thin his skin. There is a support group called FIRST. Foundation for Ichthyosis and Related Skin. It may be a resource for you too. I can relate to people wanting to call authorities on the parents. People thought I was sunburning my kid all the time. He does not sweat either.
