I used to work for McDonald's. Basically the same machines are used to make breakfast and main menu beef stuff, but at different settings. To make a "run" of anything beef (Big Mac, hamburgers, cheeseburgers etc.) you put 8 frozen patties down, which takes up 1/2 plates and then you need to dress them, package them and send them out ASAP. When it gets busy we just can't get them out quick enough, even in well-staffed circumstances. And of course they go bad after 15 minutes (IIRC) so a new batch is needed again. Chicken stuff and fries are all deep fried, so while it doesn't seem related to all day breakfast, you still need labour to put them down, pick them up, dress them, send them out.

To do all day breakfast you would need double the amount of machines and at least x1.5 more staff to handle it. My own thinking is that once the initial excitement of all day breakfast (people are easily bored) blows over, it just wouldn't be worth it from a profit margin point of view (labour + mats).

EDIT: I don't fucking know how Jack in the Box and Sonic can have fucking all day breakfast alongside their fucking regular menus, please stop fucking asking

What the fuck is your username? It's like you're trying to be proud of some kind of Portuguese Canadiens hockey team hybrid

Wow, I didn't know Andre was such a douche. That goes on the "ruined perceptions" pile along with Bill Nye and Christian Bale.

I've been to a lot of places, but the best place is at home in the USA.

This sounds like something Stan Smith would say
