If a reduction in hours is offset with an equivalent increase in hourly wage, is there an issue?
I've always felt reducing the work week would be effective for salary and hourly workers. More time with friends, family and hobbies, or just getting a good night's rest. For businesses open 7 days a week means hiring more workers which is good for employment and the economy.
