Shenmue I is a very meticulous recreation of a city that feels incredibly hand crafted. Shenmue II is a recreation of a living city, with less concentration on individual details and instead focus on crowd controls. In your post mortem, you talked about how Shenmue III would allow for organic, enormous forests through complex algorithms. You had obviously intended for each shenmue title to focus on a specific new techniques. You also say you had plans for Shenmue 4, Shenmue 5, etc. What sort of new techniques or locations were you planning for those titles?

Glowing praise all around, huh? We need Palmer luckey to say "meh" next so we can quote him.

What is your favorite Sega game that you or AM2 didn't work on?

The build of Saturn Shenmue in Shenmue II - does that run on an actual stock, retail sega saturn? With, or without the Ram cartridge? Does that build still exist? The video seems to indicate that all of Shenmue I and II and bits of shenmue III were completed on the saturn before moving to the dreamcast - is that correct, or did development jump around and there were significant pieces of those games unfinished? When did development of Saturn shenmue begin? Was it supposed to compete against Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Metal Gear Solid?
