As oppose to the current status quo, where a small handful of swing states are focused on? The electoral college doesn't solve the "problem" of politicians failing to pay attention to the smaller states. To borrow your example, Nebraska is still very much ignored.

And to be clear, the "problem" your illustrating is that politicians will be more concerned with gaining the support of the most voters, rather than fewer -- which is less a problem, than it is the definition of democracy.

I actually just replayed Myst yesterday, for the first time in decades! All the memories came pouring back, and somehow, I could recall the music and the sound effects (especially the page turning sound) better than some of the visuals of the Ages. It was a helluva nostalgic trip, I look forward to trying Obduction, and then Zed, after I finish Riven.

My question: What ideas or gameplay mechanics are you able to realize today that you couldn't with the technology of 25 years ago? Aside from rendering a real time 3D world, of course!

I’ve heard every label used against Democrats and I’ve been called all sorts of things. DEMON-CRAT, DEMO-RAT, COMMIE. It’s fine. I have a thick skin. What that says about the people leading the charge in these attacks is that they are scared! They are scared that voters might want to try something new. Labels keep voters in line. My policies are based on ideas that we’ve been trained to dismiss because if you believe, like I do, that each of us is worth more than we have been led to believe, then the balance of power will shift away from centralized bureaucracy and lessen the power of those who lead.

Congrats on your recent win in the primary! You're running in a district that has a +28 Republican lean, but you nonetheless have an admirably progressive platform. I appreciate framing the conversation as a pragmatic approach to solutions that work, rather than solutions that are strictly ideological. That said, how do you get your conservative constituents to focus on the merits of your policy proposals at a time when the GOP platform has become more concerned with bending the knee to Trump, than actually having a conversation about the issues at hand?
