All of the lovely old people I know use idioms out the ass. Are you one of those? Which ones your favorite?

An idiom as in similar to a metaphor. My personal favorite is

"Well shoot, ya caught me with my pants down."

Why does this upset you? He hasn't claimed to cure ADHD, and if it helps a single person it's done more than trying nothing at all.
