I'm curious to know how you differentiate a predator (pick up artist) from just some guy trying to make time with someone?

Because legislature-wise it's a horrible state with huge infrastructure problems and deliberately broken state-wide social agencies. Corruption runs rampant. The end result is a place that can be pleasant to live if you're financially well off but you don't want to be if you're middle class or poor.

Not OP but I found I was never great at arcade games but for some reason I rocked Ms Pacman.
