How often are the perpetrators caught when they swat someone? What punishment do they face?

Have you ever been on a fake call? What happened?

I'll watch some of his videos if he agrees to steam clean the carpets.

Sounds like he incited a crime.

Thanks for the response. Please help bring this to the attention of the correct people. Would your department, even though it is a different jurisdiction, have a responsibility to try and forward evidence of this suspected harassment/swatting to the right department?
