If you want a rabbi to officiate the ceremony then yes. Some reform rabbis might officiate the wedding anyways though.

It would totally work, we do it with beer all the time but, I do own a freezer. The issue was with being too lazy to make the burrito haha

The government also offers companies subsidies to hire new grads. Unfortunately the job market is oversaturated with highly educated and experienced workers that are willing to work in entry lebel roles right now. There is no real incentive to hire new graduates.
