How did did you have to wait for your response & taser course?

How do you find the level of experience on shift? At my force it's a constant turnover with most shifts struggling to keep anybody longer then 2-3 years.

That's much better then down here, I've been told 2 year waiting list out of probation & that's only with an identified need (ie you don't have any response on shift, there are people with 5-6 years still on a basic ticket!)

The problem we're having is being so close to London, everybody is jumping ship for the 7k London weighting and better shift pattern. More often then not teams are made up of 4-6 officers all of which have less than 3 years experience.
