I read somewhere that former lawyers for Verizon and Comcast were hired into the FCC. I don't know if this is true, but I am curious if you know anything about it. In other words, what is the hiring process for the FCC? Is the hiring process really that bad to allow biased people into the FCC?

Again, I don't know if this is true, so please correct me if I am wrong.
