Thought i'd help fellow redditors out.

1. In my area there isn't a license required for dancers. Just the club. Anyone can try out.

2. There is no penetration allowed but it happens when no one is looking

3. Fees depend on what time the girls show for their shift the later the more expensive so it's tough to to be specific.

4. I do not warn girls about dancer gear. For about $200 you can buy two outfits and a pair of shoes in my area.

5. I've fired several girls for fighting customer but the girls I have now know to tell me what happened and then walk away because I'll handle it.

6. I don't hire big girls, we have one and that's enough and she thinks she's a god damn ballerina. For the girls who are nervous I give them partner which is always one of my kinder, sweeter, non drug addict dancers who will really help them through .
