Geeze 6 figures?! I just started 6 months ago as a field technician at a large and advanced school district, I started at 36k. In a year I can get out of apprenticeship and become a "full tech" and get a 5-7k pay raise. Still that puts me around 43k at best. But we also get yearly raises and overtime is plentiful and is pay and a half. What was your position? I'm guessing consultant or admin?

If we wack this mole, won't there be another one to pop up? How long do we have to keep fighting? Do you see an end to this struggle?
