I have changed my diet quite considerably since I discovered your website and watched your videos, but I still can't kick my entire meat intake. Do you have any advice on how to make the transition easier into plant based foods? I have successfully cut out Milk and most other dairy (apart from fresh mozzarella). Also here is my favourite quote which helps me - A man can live and be healthy without killing animals for food; therefore, if he eats meat, he participates in taking animal life merely for the sake of his appetite. I gave Veganism a try for 1 month and reduced my Lantus intake from 50 units per day to 25. Alas, after a month I slipped back into normal routine of eating meat but have cut down and avoid most dairy products.

These foods maybe deadly, but there are certain triggers in the brain that over-ride things like - Common Sense. If you go more into it, what about substances like caffeine or even cocaine. Both addictive to the brain, but people do need to think about what their body needs, not what their brain and tongue crave.
