I used to work in the lab and they still do everything by hand documentation wise. This was only 2-3 years ago. They are way behind in everything.

Is being alone difficult? Things like falling asleep or just sitting in your house I imagine are rough just due to what our minds will wander off to.

My friend went through a very similar story to yours and I just always imagined not being able to sleep. Stay strong!
