I was curious if you could answer. .. how similar was the Nazi occupation to the Soviet occupation? Where there any noticeable differences?

Someone I know who was in the military said they were sent to patrol with a group called "Black Water" for a time when he was stationed in Iraq.

He described them as being "batshit crazy" and said they would shoot anything that moved; be it insurgents, women, children, it even dogs. He also stated he felt like he was going to hell for even traveling with them.

Was that the general consensus of the group known as Black Water over there? Have you ever heard of them?
