How would a normal person get to where you are? Like what would tou reccomend one do?

I want to do rugby but I don't want to be the one girl that is crying over a small scrape that doesn't even hurt. Any. Tips?

Where does someone go to learn this? How much would it cost to do so ? What are the 'entry level' job prospects for this type of profession?
