Well, I can imagine how shitty the process of verifying this one was.

Are there any situations that you see on a regular basis that just make you want to say "oh no. Not another one"?

Even as a patient, this can be infuriating.

Late last year, due to a kitchen knife accident (please don't be stupid with knives people), I ended up in the ER due to a pretty huge cut.

Due to my accident being serious enough to be in the trauma ward, but not immediately life threatening, I was sort of tossed around, with seriously bad cases passing through, and also overhearing a lot of banter about long wait times for patients that really shouldn't be in the ER, nurses asking why patients did not seek early care, and some obvious drug-seeking behavior.

But least I had two morphine injections over the hours, which was a real mind-altering moment.
