What do you think we learned from the past year of NGDP prediction markets?

(I was one of the top NGDP traders on Hypermind, not that it's relevant.)

What questions do you have about the world that you haven't yet answered? (Anything from deep to inane, econ or otherwise.)

Now that the hardware is finalized, what do all the hardware people on the Oculus team do? Version 2? Tweaks to manufacturing?

In general, how do small consumer electronics companies match a steady workforce with the boom and bust periods of a product cycle? (I'm guessing big companies can spread their workforce on a diversified set of projects, but it seems tougher for small companies. Do consultants/contractors make more sense in your case?)

I figured we should get the polarizing questions out of the way first, before moving on to tamer topics like who's right about how the economy works.
