If possible go even further than just getting out of bed. If you separate your sleep space from your work space (or chill out space) it can help condition your mind to know it is sleep time. A friend of mine used some low bookshelves to wall off his bed area from his computer in his room and the difference was significant and immediate. It didn't even block line of sight, but how your mind defines spaces is weird. Good luck!

As per your request, the changes were made then immediately reverted to their previous state. Have a nice day.

It's hard to give generalities, but i've found a 15 min power nap around lunch time can be extremely helpful without making it hard to fall asleep.

If i didn't get enough sleep the night before, i'll pound a red bull, nap for 15 min before it kicks in and when i wake up i'll be awake immediately and ready for the rest of the day.

What does a normal work day look like? What sort of pay do you get while apprenticing? Does the work, or work schedule change much after the apprenticeship?

Is it 12 straight hours without breaks? Do you usually sign on with one site or do you get sent all over the place?
