Hey also an amputee! I'm a double below knee. The electric shock pain is probably coming from your nerves adjusting to the change. It'll take some time for it to all calm down. One thing I found was use a bristle brush like you can find in the hair section of Walmart and brush the skin on your limb. I found that helped the nerves settle down, but your results may vary. Okay so I've never been asked this question by elementary kids.

I have been with my girlfriend for over three years so she's been there before and after the amputations. If anything our sex life is better bacause I'm not in pain anymore. I do lack some leverage in some positions but that's a minor issue.

Nah, they're pretty useless without me. We're a team, they'd never betray me.
