From what I have read it can lead to increased likelihood of depression, mood changes, emotional stability, memory issues, and anger management problems.
It seems that people have some combinations of these issues. Some people don't experience anything long term.
TBI is one of the most under appreciated long term problems people can have. I think the issue comes down to doctors not knowing what to do about it so they kinda blow it off.

The insurance industry replaced a lot of high paying underwriting jobs with automation. Those people became unemployed. A number of ones I knew are now working in jobs at significantly less pay. The US economy works based on consumer spending. The money can’t be continuously funneled to the shareholders.
