Hey Joel! Anything new to tell us about the MST3K reboot?

I've found an old article from a Minnesota Business Journal, dated April 1991. In it, it says that the rights to Best Brains and MST3K were split 45-45 between you and Jim, with Kevin and Trace each with 5%. Is it still that way, has it changed, or is that a private business matter?

What's the deal with Best Brains changing its name to Consolidated Puppets Incorporated?

What level of involvement Jim Mallon have in the Kickstarter/going forward?

Per Deadline, MST3K is now owned outright by Shout Factory, doesn't this fly in the face of the "Independent" reputation that was set up for BBI and MST3K when it was founded? Shout is a great company, but its a bit concerning for the rights to the show not to be in the hands of the writers/performers.
