I can not express with words how much I agree, Picard was an absolute role model for me in my adolescence.

Russia has no reason to intervene at all, they broke the agreement stating that they would protect the sovereignty of Ukraine.

I don't think agreements are highly valued at the moment, seeing that Russia already broke one.
