How do you feel about apportioned voting versus winner take all voting when it comes to how states cast their electoral votes? Do you feel any in the electoral college may vote against their state's popular vote?

They have those. They are of limited use. The problem is that law enforcement and criminals are in a constant game of one upsmanship. The instant you create a monitoring system, there are going to be people finding a way to exploit it, or to find its vulnerabilities. The instant they do, law enforcement tries another appriach.

Do you believe that giving violent criminals a year or two to get their things together will result in them complying with immigration policy, or do you believe such people would be more likely to attempt to evade the law?
