Thanks for the reply, sounds like an interesting service lol kind of sad that even after a long time accounts don't have any chance of getting unbanned. Imo people do change over time but of course I'm going to be biased as I'm in the same position lol. Well I'm not on the staff team but I feel bans should be seen as rehabilitative depending on circumstances. Many thanks for the reply

I've seen people claim that Jagex sells back old banned accounts to people, is there any truth in this?

Also is there any chance of getting an account unbanned after having waited any number of years (permanent bans)?

If no to second question can I ask why Jagex does not look at individual cases on unbans?
