How's the writing process like? I know episodes for tv shows when they end they show a "single" person writing the episode and it switches off depending on season/episode/plot.
Does that person have a general outline and they write the script for the episode from there with no direct supervision or is it something a bit more complicated?
Basically does being head writer basically mean you get to say "Fuck no." if a script isn't to your liking?
