Being an organic farm is quite costly, and the difference in the milk is pretty negligible, so some farms risk it just to get the extra buck or two. Some dairymen that I know have switched and are successful, and some have a lot of difficulty.

You obviously have never encountered a wild game animal before. I know that weapons give hunters a pretty good advantage, but nature ain't nothing to screw with. Deer, elk, bears, moose and whatever else can all really ruin your day.
