How long have you been certified? I got my national license a few months back and have been working at stations with low call volumes. Any advice for a newbie? Wish I had something better to ask.

Appreciate it. I believe I have most of that down. My partner is halfway through his medic class and is a solid teacher.

More questions: Are you doing twelves or full days? Are you usually red shift? Are you POC on your days off?
