Have you been tested for celiac disease? Approximately 1% of the general population has the disease, but estimates are that 80% of people are undiagnosed. It’s an autoimmune condition in which the immune system attacks the small intestine in response to exposure to gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye (and any foods derived from those grains). It’s not uncommon for people with celiac to also be lactose intolerant, and for some people, cutting out gluten allows their small intestine to heal and their body to tolerate lactose again.

On average, how long does it take you to write and record each song? How do you overcome writer's block? How do you choose a topic? Any other tips for being a productive songwriter?

As a young guy with atrial fibrillation, am I at a greater risk of heart failure? I had an ablation last year, which seems to have (mostly) fixed the a-fib, but I do feel like my exercise stamina and lung capacity have been permanently reduced. Given that heart failure results from heart injury, I'm wondering, could an ablation trigger heart failure? Do you think I could have the beginning stages of heart failure? If so, are there things I can do to minimize its progression?
